To ensure that the Greater Kansas City metropolitan area has the nursing resources to provide quality care through innovation using collaborations and key partnerships.

Vision Statement
To be the first Bi-State regional center in the country that is focused on innovation in nursing practice and quality outcomes for our citizens. The Center will be recognized as the leading catalyst in nursing workforce to increase human capacity for nursing resources, long-range planning, policy development as well as comprehensive recruitment and retention strategies.
